In September of 2021, our precious Mum Nancy Wilson was called home to heaven. Her vision, enthusiasm, support and prayers were instrumental in the birth of Chosen Junior School and the Grace and Glory Chapel. We are blessed and honored to carry on this Chosen Mission!

A CHOSEN DESTINY
“You can help change the world” was the clarion call given by Dr. Bill Bright, the founder of an international ministry now called, Cru, or known in Africa as LIFE MINISTRY.
I was a young 19 year old new believer, who had just discovered the life transforming gift of knowing Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior!!! Though I had known all about Him, and loved Jesus, I came to realize the personal invitation to put all my faith and trust in Him alone for my salvation!
I remember thinking…”Me? Change the world? WOW!!!!! I was just adventurous enough to say, “Lord, if you can use me to impact the world, then go ahead, I give you my life!!!!”
What an amazing adventure began to unfold….Over the next year, the Lord called me to invest my life in the next generation of world changers, young people! He inspired me with a message which became a book,
CHOSEN WITH A MISSION….Are you ready for the Adventure?
Fast forward….as I continued on this exciting journey, I began to speak at conferences to mobilize and inspire youth and began to launch mission teams to difference countries to share the Gospel!
A nation I had always know I would go to was the continent of Africa…As a young girl , I promised God, I would go to Africa to help them know and love Jesus, and to help the orphans!!!
My first mission to Africa was in 2002 when I was a part of reaching Uganda and Kenya! We spoke in High Schools all over the country and saw so many young people give their hearts to Jesus! But one day, I will never forget, is when I went to Pearl High School, outside of Kampala, Uganda!
I learned that 80% of all the students did not have a mother or father. My heart was broken and so sad! That night I prayed to Our Heavenly Father, asking Him, how He could allow this to be? His loving heart, answered me through reminding me that He loved them more than me, and cared deeply for them….in fact, He showed me so many promises of how he cared for the poor and the orphan, and how He even stoops down from heaven to look, and “He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; He seats them with princes, with the princes of their people…..” (Psalm 113:7)
He then assured me that I could not begin to help all of them, but that He would bring me the ones I could help! One by one, the Lord would bring orphans into my life or those who needed some kind of help….whether it be encouragement, mentoring, school or the Gospel!
What a special day it was when I was speaking at a conference for college student , challenging them to follow the Lord’s call on their lives, and equipping some of them in youth ministry training! Seeing their zeal and passion to serve Him and also invest in the next generation of young people who would become world changers!!!
That was the day, I had the joy and blessing of getting to know James Kintu, who shared this passion! He was so humble and teachable, eager to learn all he could. I was so impressed with His heart to serve Jesus! He also was from a very difficult childhood, and therefore possessed a great compassion to help these young people. He also was studying education, and began to share more with me about his desire to fully serve the Lord and invest in the next generation. Of course I gave him my book, CHOSEN WITH A MISSION, and we kept in touch through email and subsequent visits to Uganda.
I will never forget the day I received an email, where he expressed his heart to me…
“Mom”, he wrote, “ It is now time for me to give back to the Lord! I have graduated and become an educator, but now I feel God is leading me to start a ministry for orphan children, and a school where they can be trained in God’s ways to impact the world! Would you be the Patron Mother?”
Oh my! My heart lept with the realization, that though I have always been single, the Lord had given me a promise many years ago, that I would have many spiritual children , that would possess nations!!! (Isaiah 54:1-5)
It was clear that I would be a part of James’ vision for CHOSO orphan center, which has resulted in CHOSEN ACADEMY, to equip the King’s royal ambassadors…
And most recently the Lord has faithfully taken us to the next level, as my dear spiritual son, James, has launched CHOSEN WITH A MISSION International ministry, which I am intricately involved with him in seeing this vision realized….
Truly the Lord is fulfilling a Heart to Heart connection in the Spirit…between James and I, which began with God’s heart for orphans, and His mandate to preach the Gospel to every nation, raising up disciples in this generation who will become His world changers!!!
James and I have been so blessed with A Heartfelt bond which is also embracing many other wonderful partners and friends, who share God’s passion and want to join us in coming alongside CHOSEN ACADEMY AND CHOSEN WITH A MISSION INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY!!!
We are only beginning to realize all the Lord has in store for this ministry, and the precious lives that will be transformed as they become a part of His end time army who will usher in the return of KING JESUS!!!!
“Such is the generation of those who seek HIM, who seek your face, O God of Jacob…Lift up your heads O you gates; be lifted up you ancient doors, that the King of Glory may come in.
Who is this KING OF GLORY? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.” Psalm 24:6-8
